We Accept Insurance Billing!

More and more insurance companies are covering “alternative” medicine. We are happy to see if your insurance covers chiropractic adjustment, massage, or acupuncture.

Here is what you need to get started:

• Copy of Drivers license
• Copy of your insurance card front and back
• If you are covered by Medicare we will need a copy of the front and back of your card. If you are covered by any secondary insurer, we will also need a copy the front and back of that card.

You can get them to us by…

• Snapping a photo of the documents with your smart phone and sending it to info@bluegiraffespa.com
• Faxing all pertinent copies to 541-488-3337
• Emailing the copies of the documents to info@thebluegiraffespa.com
