During massage, your therapist will use their fingers in a light, gentle technique to redirect the flow of lymphatic fluid in specific areas of the body. They employ precise rhythm, pressure, and direction of massage to clear stagnant fluid from lymph nodes. Activating lymph flow can help the body detoxify, which can help boost immunity and aid in weight loss. Please note that first time appointments are 30 minutes of treatment and a 15 minute consultation.
Add Gua Sha on the face to this treatment for $15

A timeless healing technique devised by native cultures. Our therapists use smooth heated basalt stones to massage the body. The warmth from the stones deeply penetrates tissues, softening muscles and providing complete relaxation.

Using a soft touch, your therapist will release restrictions in the head, neck, and sacrum to relieve tension deep in the body and harmonize the natural rhythm of the central nervous system. Unlike more hands-on techniques, craniosacral therapy focuses on energy work. This technique is especially beneficial for headaches, chronic head pain, fibromyalgia, and fatigue.

CBD Oil: The Blue Giraffe uses the highest quality CBD products from Sacred Earth Botanicals. Our CBD lotions are hemp-based and contain less than .3 percent THC. They will not cause any psychoactive symptoms to occur. A massage with CBD oil helps to reduce inflammation within muscles and joints, allowing your massage therapist to work more effectively. In addition to relieving inflammation and pain, CBD oils are also good for alleviating stress and anxiety.

Scrub: Add thirty minutes of sea salt scrub to your massage to rejuvenate your skin and increase circulation. This creamy body scrub blends shea butter with salt crystals and skin conditioning extracts to revitalize your skin. Choose from Sacred Earth Lavender, Wild Orange, or Eucalyptus oils. Includes steam shower.
Head or Foot Massage: (Available on 60 min massages only) Add some extra focus to your scalp or feet with this relaxing add on. It will melt your troubles away.
Shea Butter: For an ultra exotic and luxurious experience, add shea butter on to any massage. Shea butter is known for its moisturizing and anti-aging properties.
Cupping: (Available with Montana and Mackenzie only, not available with hot stone massages) This therapeutic technique decompresses soft tissues using negative vacuum suction. This pulling force gently lifts soft tissue into the cup which may then be left in place or gently moved across the skin. Cupping can release muscle tension and adhesions, promote cell repair, and improve blood flow. Clients often feel immediate relief and a sense of lightness after their cupping session.
*Please note that cupping can cause temporary discolorations on the skin, which will fade over a few days and you may experience mild soreness from the buildup of lactic acid that has been trapped in muscle tissues. For any questions or concerns, please discuss this with your therapist.
